Olá é possivel usar o componente RSTicket PRO em vez do HelpDesk, achei muito interessante a questão de ter um APP, usando os dados do Joomla Nativo.

Atualmente, ele não se integra com o RS Tickets. Ele se integra apenas com o Helpdesk Pro.

The latest version of AppsConda has WebView menus. You can now use this to integrate all kinds of components, including RS Tickets.
