Compilation hangs at the "Compilation Status: in_the_compilation_queue"

Hi there,
I'm sending the configuration for app compilation without any errors, and then nothing happens. I've waited for more than 12 hours, and the status doesn't change.
It seems like the process hangs. Can you please confirm that the compilation engine is operating, or what should be done in such a case?
