How do you guys review ?

This is the second time, my app ticket has been closed, after too many days of waiting with the following comment:
It looks like your website is not yet complete. Enter the request again after the website is complete and live.
But my website is always very much alive.
Please tell me how you think the website is complete and live, so that it won't happen again.

It is getting lonely in here!

Yes, I bought AppsConda Component for Joomla about a month ago, but never had support.
Got a massage that nu website isn't live, but it is alive and kicking.. never had anwer since. Now I am looking for a better solution, from developers, who care !
